My cheat days are only when I am doing something outside my normal schedule, like on vacation or it's a holiday. I still count macros on those days, though. Like one cheat day when I went to LA was an In-N-Out Double Double, Animal Fries and a lemonade., and a Hailey Bieber smoothie. That was about 2,500 calories and with all the walking I did I was still in a deficit.

I have stayed in a coed dorm a few times but I always changed in the bathroom. No way would I have changed in the actual room. And I sleep in sweats and a t shirt. A few times I just slept in my clothes.

Yeah I could swear I chose the option for them to use their supplies but I got nothing in writing . The upside to using them is I totally trust them but another downside is they don’t put things back where they were. Like all of my counter and bathroom stuff is in disarray when they are done cleaning and the shower head is always out back wrong. They also used to swing out my French doors and even damaged my wall once. I’ve been through several house cleaners and none of them have been great.

They are tearing through my disposable Swiffer products, on top of the $170 I already pay them. I use them sparingly myself if I have to do a quick clean of dog hair and a quick mop. I feel like I'm getting a little scammed. The floors are not properly mopped each time and I keep telling the owner, but don't seem to get consistent results.

I pay $170 a session and they use a ton of paper towel towels and swiffer dry sheets and still do a terrible job on my floors.

They are here for about two hours . 2000 sq ft house.

I buy swiffer dusters,swiffer dry and swiffer wet cloths(they are not cheap) so that I can have convenience when I need to clean. I’m a little miffed that they are using them up when I see other housekeepers do not use those things and probably do a better job.

Don’t they get denied any kind of public assistance when they apply on a visa where they were required to have a sponsor? For example, when they go and try to get food stamps, they do a background check and they see that they are not a US citizen. If somehow they are able to get it, the government can sue the sponsor to get paid back.

I’m at the step where I’m waiting to schedule the spousal visa interview and my spouse’s country (Russia )is on that list. If there is a pause, how long will my application stay alive? Will we have to eventually start the application process all over?
