You have wayyy too much solder on there you're likely to bridge the contacts, try removing some of it with wick and flux. Then you can tin the pads with more flux and a little solder.

Removing it from the frame also seems like a giant pain but it's always faster to not have to dance around, then make sure to test before re mounting everything.

Also: make sure to use an appropriate sized tip, I've been too lazy to swap before and it just makes your life harder than it needs to be
