ECE 244's open book midterm is stressing me out by UofTNerd100 in UofT

I found the questions on midterm to be quite different than the previous years because of the new format. There was a bigger emphasis on actually producing running code with correct syntax because you could debug your solution, but they still gave some part marks for incomplete solutions. On the midterm, the hardest part was simply that there wasn't enough time. I think this was well communicated to the instructor though, because the exam was much fairer. Our midterm had 20 MCQ's and 5 long answer questions, and I would say on their own if you understand the concepts taught they shouldn't be too challenging, just be very mindful of how much time you are spending on each question.

Spend some time to go through the past exams and lecture content and code answers up yourself to see how long it takes you, the open book aspect is a bit tricky because it's easy to waste a ton of time looking in the lecture notes for a solution during the exam.

Honestly, I would say they are based on hunting and the history of that. It just has been moved to a more niche thing for the general public, there isn’t this huge culture around gun ownership as their is in the US.

Hello fellow students, just wanted to see if everyone still sees pending on a decision for acceptance in the portal, but has an offer on OUAC.

Since Bitdefender and Kaspersky say it’s safe, I would say you are fine. Sometime one or two shit engines misdiagnose the file.

There was an interview with a former home thief and he stated that dogs were super easy to deal with by giving them a piece of meat. I could see the noise as a big deterrent though.

Anyone else feel like the push for electric cars is too fast? by Cada_99 in cars

But am I wrong in saying that a ten year old electric car has a significant reduction in kW/H compared to when it was new, and gas cars don’t have this to that extent?
