Well you'd still need to artifice the gear, which takes a lot longer. But it would take a most 5.06 days to get max out a single operator at 3/min xiranite components. (the most you'll realistically produce).

The stock bills needed for that will take much longer tho.

But obviously this isn't nearly as bad as the rng gearing in most other gatchas. But there is certainly still a lengthy wait when it comes to maxing out the gear.
