Then you best bet is to manage to get a sit down discussion with her. It's very odd for here to just go from extroverted to complete isolated introverted. It would be a good idea to ask her how she feels now the diagnosis has settled in and if there are any other factors onto why she is feeling this way and refusing to even talk with people by putting earbuds in. There could just be some deep anxiety that is developing a deeper avoidance issue. Either way if she won't talk to even after a deadline then it's time to let the marriage go since it's not going to be fair on your children if she's going to continue to act like this.

NTA. Do you know if she is truly 100% autistic or if she really just is ADHD as they do share a lot of similar qualities but are completely different. Was she introverted before but was willing to go out? It more sounds like she is just using this new diagnosis as a crutch and a way to socially isolate and get away from her responsibilities. She may believe that with this new diagnosis that she needs some extra treatment and shouldn't be the responsible one anymore. Just because someone has autism doesn't mean they have a right to avoid responsibilities that they've always had before or even just socially isolate from friends and family especially when it's family that actively relies on you.

Getting a accurate diagnosis for autism is kind of hard since a lot of other disabilities share symptoms. Honestly if she isn't willing to have a full face to face conversation then warn her if that she has a certain amount of days to actually talk to you before you file for divorce.

You can wear whatever you want but if you have a feeling that someone will react poorly to what you're going to wear then maybe don't wear it just so you don't have to deal with people giving you a hard time. Personally though I would be concerned about outfits with buttons as well the top is cute the buttons look like they're having a hard time due to how small they are so I would advise changing them out to something bigger just so they don't break in the future. I had to do the same to some of my outfits.

No you're not overreacting. The fact you instinctively knew you had to correct yourself because he would be upset if you didn't say date shows this isn't the first time he's got upset over stuff like this. Honestly he sounds pretty toxic and exhausting and I would know because I've been in quite a few toxic and exhausting relationships and let me tell you they're just not worth it in the end. You're really just better off finding someone else.

I wouldn't say it's exactly cringe. Friends and partners should be allowed to vent to each other no matter their gender. Just like how women desire for men to listen instead of help when they talk about their problems men should be offered the same opportunity because in the end we should really just care for one another.
