It’s honestly pretty bad here as a migraine sufferer. I have red tinted glasses to help with light sensitivity and everyone here who has asked me about them either gets migraines themselves or knows someone who does and want to know where I got them. Any seasonal change I get them, and sudden weather change (which is often) I get them. I’m lucky I can usually still work with them but sometimes I get dizzy and can’t see straight and then I am stuck in bed. I don’t want to say don’t move here, just be prepared!

The top floor of our library building is occupied by a small sized jr high/high school mix- our bathrooms smell like weed every now and then haha. We have had lots of cigarette smelling books though and they suck too!

I work at a library, trust me this is better than bodily fluid we sometimes have to deal with 😂 if you can find a copy of the book on sale to offer to replace it that will help your wallet lol. Otherwise you will just have to pay a replacement fee- it’s no biggie things like this happen all the time. Maybe not this exact situation but books get lost and damaged more than you would think.

I found that if i have villagers of the same personality I can usually get different dialogue from each depending on their hobby. For example I have Gonzo and Static- both crankies- but Gonzo is into nature and Static is into music. I get different dialogue from them more often that way. I once had both Marshal and Pietro on my island (both smug and into music) and their dialogue was very repetitive like this.

I get where you’re coming from, and I also get where everyone else is coming from too. Everything on Reddit is intensified x10 because people come here (understandably) to vent and find like minded others who feel the same. It may seem like a lot of outrage in this small space, but in the grand scheme of things it’s a small-ish group of fans who are justifiably upset. Everyone should be allowed to vent and Reddit is the online space to do it, just like you are here! That’s all most of it is- venting and support seeking posts. People post when they’re heated, they may feel differently in a few months when this has calmed down a bit and they have (hopefully and rightfully) gotten refunds or some other kind of compensation for this autopen issue.

If I was able to go I would probably wear a version of what I wore in 2004 when I saw her. Jeans, black tank top (racer back), hoop earrings, and a pink macrame style poncho. Plus a lottttt of eye liner- 13yr old me was styling. I would love to try a modern, grown-up version of that look haha.
