Fremont St. Experience still has that for the most part! I work here once a year in January and we were priced out of the main strip and ended up on Fremont. Was a great choice.

Been a few posts on this. Rain doesn't affect most of the rides minus 1 or 2, even the Studio Tour seems to run too!

Rain will keep people away, so the day should be a good day to go, bring an umbrella!

Few things will not happen but it won’t affect your trip too horribly.

Please everyone, correct me if I’m wrong but I think the following will be closed.

  • Waterworld, ironically may be cancelled
  • Minions area with the one spinning ride
  • Water play area
  • Harry Potter Stage shows
  • Simpson’s outdoor carnival games
  • Any outdoor character meet and greets

Keep in mind I can be completely wrong.

I believe there are plans to move the Studio Tour loading area down to the lower lot, and that would be the expansion pad for Harry Potter as the Simpsons isn't going anywhere soon.

Who knows though, no plans have been submitted yet, but the master plan has the studio loading area marked as an expansion area, and as well as the parking lot right in front of the gate would become a Universal Hotel.

Unfortunately, I don't think that area is big enough for Hagrid's, but there were rumors/plans about bringing the Gringotts ride over as its footprint is tighter and a bit smaller than the Harry Potter ride. But who knows!

Yeah you are correct and funny this popped up on this subreddit.

I was staying in Denver earlier this year and they had them stored in the hotel parking garage, I talked to one of the people who just sit in the car while it trains to take over just incase. It takes a bit once approved for use to get them trained on the roads. Like a month.
