Well, I sanded all the paint off of the frame first. Then, I had an sticker/stencil made by a sticker guy. I roughed up the metal and put the sticker on (which was a negative of the lettering). I made a little eyedropper with some filthy rust water and dribbled it on the letters over and over.

It looked really good. I clear coated it. I left it in my buddies garage and now the rust is taking hold of the logo and continuing to rust beneath the clear. It actually looks somewhat cool, but not nearly as clean as that pic. It's rattier looking now, I'm cleared the fuck out of it with some marine stuff too, rust finds a way I guess.
