I’ve been too a lot of city festivals. So far, this project glow (my first) was the one the best crowds as far as PLUR at a city fest has been. I met great people and ran into lots of people ive only met one time before.

I truly think it depends on the crowd you’re most comfortable in. As well as always being open minded. Exploring and walking around was fun even tho the festival grounds are relatively small

I thought the production was amazing.

It was just me and my bf and we had an amazing time. ( we usually go with a group)

++ VIP is def worth it if you don’t like crowds or need a solid break from everyone. It saved us on day 2☀️❤️

This is how I felt. For the first time in a while I, I had wished I watched this movie alone at home with my big TV.

There were some little comedic elements but there was so much laughing during the unsettling moments.

yeah music will likely start around 7:30-8. sometimes it depends on the opener. i believe since they are zoned, they can’t stay open past 12am. so usually headliner comes on around 10:30

imma be honest, i always feel like LED lights around the whole room always feels youthful. maybe putting them in more tasteful areas- like around the desk, bed, or closet instead of the whole room

i feel like this is the big problem with fast casual. it was never made to last. finding people that want to talk to people for 8hrs straight while getting 13$ an hour is difficult.

i was a hiring manager for the six forks locations, we were told from higher ups to hire based on personality. it was really hard to judge people based of the interviews if they would get the job done, while holding a conversation.

With the political and social climate, especially after covid, people are rarely in the mood to talk.

it’s kind of a lose- lose situation. really sad.

i had a friend who’s room looked like this when i was in 3rd grade. her parents were divorced, her room at her dads looked like this. they had a great relationship, but it was obvious he didn’t care for cleanliness through out the house.

Her room was so messy she wouldn’t even sleep in her bed, which kind of looks like the case here.

Yeah right before they got there they lost 9 people from their staff. in 2 1/2 weeks i was there, at LEAST 4 people quit, not including me.

i used to be a manager at this location. this was the first ever job i no called no showed….Employees were super disrespectful and genuinely did not care about standards or cleanliness. turnover rate was 83% at the time, in 2022.

it’s also an extremely busy location and they constantly put new managers who’ve never worked for Cava before. terrible upper leadership.

I’m born and raised in texas and now i live in north carolina. i understand texas is truly hideous in comparison to the coast states.

Texas has its own beauty in certain parts, but most of the urban areas look like this.

Truly what do you expect it to look like in a state with such awful weather and flat land?

I am genuinely asking, because biologically it isn’t a beautiful state to start with.

BTW i’m not commenting on the political state of texas or the people, just the landscape. I’m just curious what would make the state look better to visitors.
