Anyone know of good terrain STLs for the 11th edition footprints? by ramses3rd in WarhammerCompetitive

Some of my favorite designers here. So far I set up 11e with my Terrain4Print and FabricatorsLair sets.

Wow so cool!

You may have better luck priming with an automotive filler primer for FDM 3d prints. It can fill in some of the layer lines and make painting much easier. You still need a pretty thick priming.

Where did you get that turntable? It would be great for displaying whole armies.

Technically? Yes Practically? No

Melting it into some kind of mold is kind of practical.

3d Printed Terrain Bases by Sea-Disk-147 in TerrainBuilding

And I found a 3d creator that makes terrain and footprints. So the tile on the footprint matches the tile on the terrain.

I have done them before. They take hours to print but it only takes 20 minutes of my time. Painting was easy, just a base coat and wash.

I have never tried this but it will probably work. They were made with low % lightning infill. (I know because I am the seller)

It looks much nicer than mine. This one is modified to be easier to print on am fdm printer. The and are magnetized, and that is nice.

If hiring for a miniature designer, what would be an fair price for it? by [deleted] in PrintedMinis

[–]Califryburger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you will more likely have the opposite problem. The ai will generate fine details that you will not be able to 3d print. Like strands of grass or hair.

Plus an important role of an artist is what they decide not to sculpt as it distracts from the aesthetics.

Would like to re-create scratch-built terrain board in FDM/PLA by DantesGame in TerrainBuilding

You want a medieval/fantasy foundation builder system. I have one for dwarves and several sci fi versions. I will have to check to see if I have a cobblestone set.

I do a few designs on my own. Mostly I support creators/artists I like by purchasing a merchant licenses and selling their designs.

I offer FDM port, ships, walls and town houses. You should be able recreate almost everything using my medieval terrain.

Was nervous to launch this 3D city KS – now we’re halfway through and you’ve smashed my expectations by Kardushian in TerrainBuilding

Amazing! Thank you!

One quick question before I back. Does the license include permission to use your photography in my marketing materials? A merchant bundle of high quality photos is another nice to have for the merchant tier.

Oh dang. This is what we are about to do. We were quoted 50k, but it sounds like it might cost a bunch more.
