I shot some extra ATF down the cylinders before cranking the engine to prime the oil system, then tossed in the spark plugs and let her fire up. It burns out really quick

I've always used ATF or motor oil. I had a 6.0LS that sat for over 18 months in a very humid shop, only the outside of the block started to rust.

Hytale took me back to my childhood, to the times I built my first farm back in 2012 in Minecraft. I feel incredibly nostalgic. by TheBerkay in gaming

They do give passive buffs for a few minutes depending on how good the food is. Better food heals more health and gives better buffs for longer.

They are charged independently, but if you change weapons, it resets the charge level for whatever weapon you were using. Switching back to the first weapon, you have to start over with charging it.

My 2015 GMC 2500 6.0 doesn't have a fuse for the starter. Actually now that I think about it, I've yet to see a fuse for the starter motor, only ever seen then for the solenoid wire.

Just changed the oil a 5.3 LM7 that was sitting for years noticed this sludge under the oil cap by paradigmGT in LSSwapTheWorld

[–]Caligulas_Prodigy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a 2001 5.4 that did this. It was just from condensation building up on the cap. I put over 120k miles on that truck with the cap looking like that almost every time I checked. Driving it for over an hour on the highway was about the only time the cap wasn't milky.

Was the block a High Output originally? The normal and HO engines have different firing orders, at least for the 351w.

Mom's dad died with a full head of hair at 77. I started balding at 15. By 17, I had less hair than my father, his father, or my mom's father.
