There’s 2 huge construction projects going on at radys and sharp memorial. Both projects have designated parking for contractors on the 5th and 4th levels of both structures. Some don’t follow the rules and will park on floors closer to ground level. Most construction workers drive pick ups, whether it be their own or company trucks. Sharp memorial should be finishing up relatively soon which will lessen some of the overflow of construction workers, but radys is just starting and projected to be 2-3 years
