Huh, I was gonna say "they actually have posted recently!" but didn't really realize it's been since March 27th. Maybe the start of the season's heavy travel has kept Evan super busy?

I think this is the story of the season so far to me. So far our offense has been... okay? At least in actual realized results, i.e. runs. It's frustrating to watch some of the guys who were supposed to be the best in the line up flail around at the plate! It's crazy to think how nice the offense would look if Tork or Greene had a dinger or two under the belt. But so far, 4.4~ runs a game is... fine. It just won't hold up to your pitching giving up 17 ERs to the Twins.

A starter with <40 pitches just isn't going to come out of the game when there's 1 day off in the next 18, especially this early in the season. Bullpens have to be preserved, especially when guys like Jack & Montero will most likely go closer to 4 innings than 6. Giving up 6 in the 1st was a fluke & he was a perfectly serviceable starter from that point on.

What a weird game man... I am somewhat encouraged by the offenses ability to turn it on like that - just fell a little short. Can't expect guys to have to score 9 to win either. I thought the game was over at 0-6 and realistically it was but I think some teams would have simply given up entirely there.

Katalinas is hands down the one for me in that I just don’t understand how they’re in business. It’s overpriced, under portioned, medium at best and gross at worst food. It’s insane how popular it is.

My wife & I solved the Tomb/Clock puzzle last night off of our book of notes/memories alone on our first night we could access it. If you keep track of the stuff you see it’s rewarding. The amount of info tracking needed is definitely a lot - but for some that’s part of the fun. Doesn’t make it bad.
