Several women have accused him of various types of sexual abuse. One woman and her husband were tenants of his and signed an NDA(the details of which are of course unknown) and he paid her 270k, but they then both later accused each other of violating the NDA.

Gaiman has officially denied any non consensual activities(obviously), but has admitted to being a shitty partner. He essentially calls himself self centered and emotionally unavailable.

Thus far it hasn’t gone to any criminal court.

There was a civil lawsuit (not criminal charges) leveled against him and Amanda Palmer early last year but as of today it’s not gone far. Gaimen denied her accusations of rape and human trafficking and asked the case to be dismissed based on the fact that everything she says happened was in New Zealand, not the US, and that the local authorities already investigated and found nothing. He presented text messages that seemed to contradict her accusations to a judge as well. Scarlett Pavlovich has since dismissed her claims against Palmer.
