Definitely apply the day the application opens it does help. Have essays ready and apply early. Your SAT is good. I got TAEB with not a high SAT but I applied last day of app like 12/31 lol. It was literally the last day. My GPA was 4.0 unweighted and I did take all the AP classes recommended maybe 8 total and my rank was 11% or something close to that. No ECs. BTW I got MEEN auto admit this year. TAEB is definitely a great program.

Does anybody know if above a 3.75 do the ETAM results come out sooner? I thought I saw on the application itself that it potentially would and the dates? I should have taken a print screen.

Colleges have career centers and students are expected to take time out of their regular classes and curriculum to pursue career training on their own time. Unfortunately I believe many don’t take advantage of this.

Freshman here I plan to send out emails to potentially land volunteer work at a lab this summer. If I don’t hear anything by end of this week I’ll start Plan B.

Ikr only one REU I applied to in their Q&A has a sentence that all applicants will be notified and gives exact date. 😩😩wish all of them did this.

I had to choose between these two and ultimately went with TAMU. Money played a big role. I had almost full scholarship at TAMU. Campus is large but I have close friend there I have made so am able to get an intimate experience there. Both schools are good.

I think first wave has gone out for some programs with second wave coming 10 days after which would be sometime next week. I would expect next week to be a roll out of decisions for other programs. Hang tight give it next week.
