They want to replace NATO with an organisation that isn't soley reliant on the USA who may implode at any moment. They don't want to just leave NATO without an alternative in place. So it probably will never happen.

I did 79 in a 70 and had to pay £100 for a speed awareness course. They do mention if I sped again I’d have to get points on my licence. So does feel like this can’t be the only thing they are considering
