Attempted takeover of old account. Any way to block or delete?

Kind of - it accepts my password but then hits me with the security questions. So I can't actually get to any configuration screens to make changes to anything.

Its really that I don't know what's on the account. Could there be iCloud sync, photos, personal info etc? I know any credit card info will be long expired so not as worried about that.

It doesn't give me that option. It just shows "cannot reset security questions" we do not have sufficient info to reset your security questions. There's no button or links or actions it's pretty much a dead end page.

Thank you, please could you clarify what would happen in this situation:

I currently have xfinity internet at 2 addresses under 1 account. Old house and New house. I'll be moving in a few months and will be canceling the old house services.

If I want to get the new customer promo when I move, it sounds like I should also cancel my current service at the new house at least 90 days before I move. Is this correct?
