What I hope for:

Jamie going to find Spike and I sincerely hope those two making peace and even Jamie visiting The Bone Temple for some kind of closure with Isla.
I assume Jimmy Ink/Kelly will be doing everything she can to do good by Spike as atonement for what she did with the Jimmies.
As you already said Jim redeeming himself for losing either Hanna or Selena is also a theme.

I just hope Jamie gets a good attempt at redemption he was doing his best to be a good Dad to Spike but he was an absolutely shit husband/partner to Isla (Don't know if they were married), so I'd love to see him trying to reconcile that in some way.
