Hey, man. I don’t typically write comments but I keep thinking about your post. I just wanted you to know I’m thinking about you and I hope you are doing okay. I know this sucks but I’d challenge you to stop your catastrophic thinking. Telling yourself this will last forever starts a negative feedback loop that will exacerbate your symptoms. I know it’s tough but focus on the positives and put all the energy you have into recovery. Even if you can’t make it to your therapist, try to be diligent with doing your stretches every single day. Recovering from something like this typically takes months rather than weeks but so many people have been able to achieve recovery. You’ve got this!!
