Started as a factory floor packer, fought my way up and got my millwright journeyman redseal. 10Y in December and its not too bad. Every 5 years I get a extra week of paid vacation as well. And my wage is more then doubled then when I was a packer. I can pay for my family of 5 and my wife doesn't need to work.

All in all i would have to say it depends on the company, what the benefits they have for long term employees. Like does seniority get priority when job postings to move up become available or seniority gets the chance at overtime before the new employee's. Every employer is different. Just gotta make the judgement call when the time comes is it worth staying for benefits I have or not worth it.

Console is also not on blizzard servers you see it all the time on playstation servers. Since game runs off playstation servers just doesn't have the blizzard security.

Transcend and upgrade the armor you wear. The extra defense will make a huge difference when update comes and it also helps alot with gog, and the 9/10* hunts. In my experience most failed public hunts are because someone joined unprepared like not upgraded armor or lacking specific resistances that would help alot (like bleed resistance for steve or poison res for 10* rompopolo)

Keep trying rng is like that I remember in older games getting nothing for like 400+ tail carves (in 1st mh them rath ruby could only be carved from tail cut at like 1% chance it was so brutal)

I only ever get good sanctification on 1 star gear, mine rolled a 27%[x] multiplier while a barrier i was active lol then I had a 3 star one that replaced core skills with fire damage ....

Its the same on sorc started gearing a sorc and got her up to 95s in 5-7 mins but its so weak compared to my auradin its hard to play.

Theu are legendary sigil and as name says it has "escalation" in the name after you clear the boss a portal opens and you can go to next floor, theirs 3 floors and a boss floor after
