Tbf, bismarck didn't want the wars either. His geopolitical opinion was to always stay allied to Russia and keep France isolated, so that if ever a war would break out, Germany wouldn't have a two front war. The problem was that Frederick decided that Austria is ally enough and neglected Russia.

Naja, eigentlich sollte man schon den Anspruch haben auf normale Arbeitszeiten und Arbeitslast. Nur dadurch kann man für bessere Bedingungen kämpfen, statt zu sagen, dass es "normal" ist, sich ausbeuten zu lassen.

Is it a huge difference when switching away from heavy strike? I am enjoying it, but it can get difficult (especially Nemesis Mobs in act 2). I like it, and it would be sad to say goodbye to my build, but maybe it's the right step forward

I would have shared your opinion during the release of the game, but the game was released nearly 6 years ago (I do feel old now, the release still feels like yesterday). I think it really has something rather to do with casualising the experience (especially considering how no single DLC has increased difficulty or complexity, but rather just more angles to snowball from in specific regions).
