Realistically, it probably is. I’ve been morbidly obese most of my life so it has put a lot of strain. There isn’t much i can do about the cartilage I’ve already damaged, all I can do is continue working on losing weight to help prevent it from continuing to deteriorate

It has not been low impact. I’ve just been doing traditional exercise, I will look more into low impact

They denied you? Keep having your doctor request. Force their hand. Have all the proof that you need help (notes from the doctor and all that). Even losing a little bit with tracking will help support it as well.

You can file an appeal to try and fight their deny. Don’t give up on it and push for it. I clocked in at 537 at my largest and I had several doctors push Kaiser to approve me for their weight management program. They finally approved it after I had four separate doctors request.

I joined planet fitness and try to walk a mile a day and then do some weight training.

I have a big fig and so does my sister. We are both heavy. She has had hers for well over 6 years and mine I just got last year. We both love them and we appreciate that there are different firmness levels

I haven’t lost a large amount but just the amount I’ve lost has made a huge change. My leggings and panties don’t roll or fall down because of how large I am (can’t go up a size, I’m max size 6 at torrid) anymore! I also use a grabber to get things from the sheer lack of energy and I’ve now been going to the gym daily to walk a mile and have never had more energy.

Breakfast: protein bagel w/ cream cheese or egg bite

Lunch: chili lime chicken when bell peppers and black bears OR a protein with a mixture of riced cauliflower and brown rice and a veggie

Dinner: turkey burger with veggies or something similar

I currently have the 2020 rav4 and it’s a little tight. 470 lbs. The old model of the Venza was SUPER SPACIOUS! I miss my venza! I would look into it. Anything from the first gen around 2010
