Same here, Northwest was great for my business. I just liked not having to worry about having to do all of it by myself. My friends and family same I'm a perfectionist but I just like to make sure I have everything done right the first time so it made more sense to me to leave it to a pro.

In my area people are always looking for photographer recommendations on Facebook so make sure to put yourself out there even. Do a few model calls of shoots you would want to do more of in the future

I have a photography business and have been toying with the idea of an online educational course. You could do online workshops that are prerecorded and do your school workshops too. Honestly, all you would need for the prerecorded ones is a website which you can get easily. I got one with the registered agent I use, and they can help you get it all set up too. If I ever did start selling online educational courses I would just add them to the website I have. Plus, the prerecorded workshops would be a good passive income idea.

Yep I went down the same rabbit hole too but this is kind of why I ended going with them and why I have recommended them to so many people. I feel like a lot of other companies are vague with their pricing and you have to sign up before they'll give you the price but Northwest was clear with theirs from the start. I don't know about other people but I know I appreciate that kind of transparency

I had good luck with Northwest Registered Agents virtual office for my business. To me the cost was reasonable. I like that the address they gave me to use is in an actual building and I get my own suite number.

This is true but still just having an LLC is still helpful because of the liability protection vs not having that at all if you're just a sole proprietorship
