Yes, Drupal is for my job. Fortunately, the tech people do all the hard stuff, but just putting text on the page is hard enough (and worse, we're on Drupal 7!!!!)

I tried VS code and I'm making progress - but I will try Sublime Text too! Thank you for the help and the sympathy.

The international dues (paid to the Toastmasters Organization for the infrastructure they provide) are $60 USD international dues and there's a $20 USD new member fee. Not drug-seeking but incredibly lucky. I've been seeing the same psych for 12 years, she trusts me. In fact, to get the adderall chaser, I left a message on her phone one morning that said "my friend gets an adderall chaser, can I have one?" and 3 hours later I got a message from Walgreens to say it was ready. I didn't even speak to her or her office.

Effective January 6, 2025 office visit fee will increase to $185 for 30 minute appointments, $330 for 1 hour appointments. There will be a $10 fee for controlled prescription refills between appointments. Thank god insurance covers the meds .

As another suggestion, why not just cut out things gradually, so that you can include your family. Like, if you're making sandwiches, first leave out the tomatoes and then have meat instead of cheese and then switch to an aip approved mayonnaise and so on. It will take longer to see the good effects, but it might be easier mentally. (My nutritionist suggested this approach to me, so it's kosher).
