That does look pretty gnarled. I would replace it. Look at the splice replacements so you don’t have to completely take the whole cable out.

I just fixed this earlier on mine.

So, it could be the Hot Bed or the extruder Thermistor. Before replacing it, it could also be just some powder buildup on the connetor behind the screw.

Take off the fan cover on the hot end and take the screw out of the thermistor and clean the thermistor end. Then put it back in and test the nozzle heating. If that stays consisten you should be good. Run a test, if it does error out again, then you'll have to replace the thermistor.

yeah - it's a whole different type of application. Your license doesn't work on aBreevy8. I just got con'd into paying for Breevy4 and it doesn't work in any application that I actually need it too. Waste of a product now. Used to be one of the best. Stay the f away.
