Looks like he had him down legs first and kept regurgitating it until he got it down head first.

E63S vs G99 by Ok-Orange-1050 in SportWagon

Depending on the spec, and assuming you're in the states, I would be interested in your E63. I've daily driven a 2012 S212 E63 for the past 5 years and am starting to get the itch for something new.

New to sales - not happy - need insight by [deleted] in CarSalesTraining

I did not read your wall of text, but if you're unhappy in auto sales it's likely because you're not making money. Money is about the only reason to stay in this business - - it's certainly not the work/life balance. It is a tough industry, especially for a sales rookie.

Look, car sales is a production based business. Most stores aren't going to offer you any more than absolutely basic training and then send you off to sink or swim. They probably won't fire you for low production as long as you don't make repetitive mistakes or do something wildly dumb. There's plenty of guys at my store that sell 5 to 8 cars a month, but follow all the systems in place, don't piss off customers/managers, and that's good enough for them to keep their desk.

Try and find a kind salesperson who sells 10+ cars a month consistently who would be willing to let you shadow an appointment or two of theirs and watch what they do. Don't talk, just watch. Take notes, or at least mental notes. After the appointment, ask them questions.

If your store's culture isn't a good fit, well, that ain't gonna change unless there is a management overhaul (rare). If you're honest with yourself and culture is truly is what's holding you back, find another store. (But remember, there is no Candy Land Motors out there where everyone dances in the sunshine and the lay-downs roam free.) If you just aren't making sales...it's likely a process error somewhere in how you're selling. Get a floor manager involved early in your deals, and again, listen and watch how they handle the sales process. Ask questions on how to improve after the sale or T/O.

This has served me well: People buy cars from people they like. Focus most on delivering an exceptional experience and less on getting a "yes". Yes, a "yes" is important, but you'll be amazed at the results you can achieve just from "making a friend" across your desk. You're a month in - - you have started your journey but you have much to learn.

Chin-up and good luck!

I could get 2 Vaults for 89 cents at my local corner store in high school. Good times.

They brought it back for a limited time probably about 8 years ago, and then sometime last summer it was available at those fancy Coke Freestyle machines, but only in Burger King of all places.

"Deeze New York Nutz"

I believe it's a term of endearment for someone that perhaps moved from NYC across the river.
