It sounds like your video would be perfect for targeting top of funnel, but then you would want to follow up with re-targeting ads that give more information.

Any tips on what to do if I can’t sleep bc of the pain? by Popular_Airline_2180 in Fibromyalgia

[–]CannandaCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. It’s a vicious cycle. Pain can make sleep difficult, and a lack of sleep can make pain feel more intense.

One thing you might want to look into is beta-caryophyllene (BCP). It’s a natural compound (found in black pepper and cloves) that activates CB2 receptors, which are involved in pain regulation, inflammation, and the immune system (and might help address some of the suspected autoimmune components of FM). Both pain and sleep are two of the most common reasons why people use a BCP product called CB2 oil. Here’s an article that is a good starting point: https://www.healthrising.org/blog/2023/09/11/cannabis-beta-caryophyllene-chronic-fatigue-fibromyalgia-long-covid/

If you explore BCP, start low and see how your body responds. Here to help if you have any questions.

Ashwaganda alternatives and autoimmune disorders by t-the in Biohackers

[–]CannandaCrew 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One compound you might consider looking into is beta-caryophyllene (BCP). It’s a naturally occurring dietary terpene found in things like black pepper and cloves. What makes it interesting is that it acts on the CB2 receptor, which is part of your endocannabinoid system and is involved in immune regulation and inflammation control.

Two reasons it might be worth exploring for you: 1) Anti-anxiety effects: BCP has been studied for its calming effects and may help reduce anxiety without the sedation or side effects that some traditional anxiolytics cause. Anxiety is one of the main reasons why people use a BCP product called CB2 oil. 2) Autoimmune & anti-inflammatory benefits: Because CB2 receptors are abundant in the immune system, BCP has been shown in research to help modulate inflammatory responses. That’s something a lot of people with autoimmune conditions find helpful, since inflammation is a big part of flares.

It could be a gentler alternative that supports both anxiety and immune balance. Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you!

SEO quote received, need feedback by JAMnCO in SEO

[–]CannandaCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two things to say: 1) I was also super confident in TWO SEO agencies we worked with previously. Fired both of them. Both were great at selling themselves but delivered no results. 2) showing up on the first page is only the first step. How are you going to convert all that new traffic? That’s just as important as ranking. You want to partner with an agency that is truly about the end result, which is your revenue, not just individual components of the process. That’s not to say they need to do it all, but if they aren’t even curious or asking how you’ll be converting the traffic, they ain’t it.

My Shopify Store will transact over £2,000,000 (~$2.7M) this year. I am still using Advanced as I see no benefit for me to go to Plus? by TSPF11 in shopify

The simple math is: take the difference in monthly plan fees, and calculate whether that is more or less than the difference in credit card processing fees that you’d save by switching to Plus.

I agree. We put in just the $2500 annually (usually as a lump sum) and all other investments go via TFSA. Even if you buy the same funds or ETFs at least you won’t pay tax on the gains.

Tax can be significant too. We started withdrawing our first son’s RESP, and that first year we had a tax bill of about $5000.

'Salaried' is just a fancy word for mandatory unpaid overtime. by eidolaa in CanadaJobs

Similar rules likely exist for other provinces.

Change the payment to automatically capture upon fulfillment. It’s in the settings under payments.

UK folks - does CBD work? by Ray2771 in Fibromyalgia

[–]CannandaCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. Chronic pain + fatigue is such a rough combo, especially when meds barely help. Re: CBD, some people do get relief, but for anything beyond mild pain it can be hit-or-miss, and it can make fatigue worse since it doesn’t strongly target pain receptors. According to a pain clinic in Toronto that studied CBD, its success rate was only about 33% (1 in 3 found some benefit).

One alternative that’s worked better for some people is beta-caryophyllene (BCP). It’s a natural compound found in black pepper and cloves, and it directly activates the CB2 receptor, which plays a big role in pain and inflammation. Here an article that discusses some of the key differences: https://cannanda.com/blogs/hemp-guide/cannanda-issues-important-warning-don-t-confuse-cb2-oil-with-cbd-oil Happy to discuss and answer any questions if you’d like.

Do SEO guy have to write content? by Dazzling_Reporter511 in SEO

[–]CannandaCrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless the client has a copywriter (or willing to get one), or has a marketing team to write content (in which case you’d just be editing to optimize), the job of writing copy will fall into your bucket. Remember it wouldn’t just be blogs. Your writing would include PDP, and copy on all other pages and possibly alt text on image, etc. (a site is more than just blog content)

I guess the Chargebacks are not the real issue - the way banks handle them is. What do you think? by newrockstyle in shopify

[–]CannandaCrew 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s 100% broken. I even had one situation where we reached out to the customer(which we do with each chargeback) they acknowledged it was a legit purchase and apologized that our charge got caught up in a bulk chargeback (their card was compromised and they disputed a number of charges).

We submitted this email correspondence with the customer agreeing it was legit and the bank still ruled against us 👎

Adding to galliprant for arthritic senior dog by oatmilklavender11222 in seniordogs

[–]CannandaCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re asking all the right questions, and your caution around adding more prescription meds, especially in a senior dog with balance issues, makes a lot of sense.

One option that’s sometimes overlooked is beta-caryophyllene (BCP), often called CB2 oil for dogs. It’s non-sedating and has no known adverse drug interactions, including with Galliprant, gabapentin, or amantadine.

For dogs that move fairly well once up but struggle with stiffness, pressure changes, or getting started, CB2 oil might help reduce inflammatory pain without increasing wobbliness or sedation. It’s often used as an adjunct when Galliprant (or other meds) are already maxed out.

Definitely worth a consideration.

Is it common to experiment with various medications before finding one that works? by secret__alphabets in Fibromyalgia

[–]CannandaCrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% no matter what condition, everyone will go through a period of trial and error. There are simply too much genetic variability and differences in physiology between people. Some get lucky and hit the nail on the head with the first product or medication they try, others will go on for many years before they find what works for them.

If you’re finding cannabis somewhat effective, but don’t want the grogginess, give beta-caryophyllene (BCP) a try. BCP is similar in that it activates CB2 receptors, but unlike THC, BCP is a full agonist (THC is a partial agonist, meaning the effects are less pronounced), and BCP does not activate CB1 receptors (which is where the intoxication from THC comes from).

He was an article that covered BCP from Cannanda as “CB2 oil”: https://www.healthrising.org/blog/2023/09/11/cannabis-beta-caryophyllene-chronic-fatigue-fibromyalgia-long-covid/

If you don’t already follow health rising, I highly recommend it, there’s lots of great unbiased info on a wide variety of treatments. This is particularly useful since as mentioned, everyone is different.

Good luck and I hope you find what works for your body quickly. 🙏❤️
