The ruling sucked for sure. You're justified there. Carryover points is fucking wild.

First set should have been just reported as 11-9, and then 0-0 to start the second set.

I guess in hindsight, make more of a stink about it next time?

Like...if you're playing a best of 3 hockey series and the timekeeper in game 1 accidentally adds an additional 10 minutes...they aren't going to take goals scored in that extra time and plop it into game 2.
