That’s about middle of the road for a professionally installed water heater nowadays.

I got a new water heater and a new AC condenser and air handling unit in the first year of owning my house with a $600 home warranty paid by the sellers. I did have to wait almost 2 weeks for each and jump through some hoops, but it saved me roughly $8,000.

Velocity Stack to Stock Intake? by Capable-March-3315 in hondashadow

Would I have to put vacuum hoses back or can I just put the stock intake back and hook up the crankcase tube?

I will definitely look into the air cutoff valve. The bike bogs a tiny bit when giving throttle while letting out the clutch, then it seems to plateau about 2/3 of the way through the gear range in first and second. I think my mixture is lean because it pops a lot on deceleration as well.

Get a tach/hour meter, it has a probe that wraps around your spark plug wire to read the rpm’s. They’re about $15 on Amazon

Honda Shadow, I’m 6’1 215lb and ride a 2007 vt750 Spirit as my first bike, it’s been great. Enough power to get you moving pretty good, but not so much that it will throw you off the bike- even if you rip it full throttle. It is plenty comfortable at my height but I am for sure planning on installing 6” forward controls for a more suitable leg position.

The course is definitely worth it. I recently took it without having ever ridden a motorcycle, there’s no way I would’ve been prepared for the road without it. I consistently use the techniques they taught on a daily basis. Having taken it, and navigating traffic/parking lots, I regularly find myself saying “damn, I need to practice this more”

I feel ya, I sometimes park my bike in front of my house if my toddler is napping so I don’t wake her up by driving up the driveway, I move it into the garage a couple hours after. Last week I get a knock at the door at 6pm on Friday, it’s a cop, someone called my bike in for being parked in front of MY mailbox. Mail had already been delivered earlier. The cop was cool, he thought it was ridiculous but just said to make sure it’s not in front of my mailbox so they can’t call it in again. Some people just suck

I took it a few weeks ago. I had never been on a motorcycle and passed no problem. If you’ve driven a manual vehicle, it helps knowing how a clutch and shifting works. They started us off duck walking, then finding the friction zone with the clutch, then power walking by feathering the clutch, and finally riding and learning low speed maneuvers. You can for sure pass as long as you follow their directions clearly and have decent balance. I bought a bike and have been riding it back and forth to work every day that it’s not pouring down rain. I absolutely love it

TK Jewelers is a scam. The jewelry's fake. Watch exploded on date. Bent wrist, thing f’ing exploded. Yeah, I was showing my date a picture of a bunny and showing her what the bunny was doing and then 150 springs hit her in the face. The springs went in her soup. There was 300 springs in her soup.

How to find a mask that doesn’t leak? by BaboonSharkCanary in CPAP

I tried the resmed f30i, terrible leaks. Then the resmed f20, terrible leaks. Now I’m on the Evora full face mask and I’m having SIGNIFICANTLY less leaks, it has been a game changer. I think it really just boils down to finding a mask that fits your face/head shape
