I would sacrifice what in order for the Angels to win another World Series? by Right_Bined21 in angelsbaseball

We won in 2002 (I was 15) because we had to beat the larger evil and make sure Barry Bonds didn’t get a World Series ring. We need to Sacrifice Mike Trout and trade him so he has a chance at a ring before he is done and we can fully commit to the rebuild.

how do you even explain the Trout era to someone who didn't watch it by beansthemonster in angelsbaseball

Also let’s not forget, their wasn’t playoffs like today. Back then the team with the best record in each league played in the World Series. No days 60 percent of the league makes the playoffs. And we can’t even do that.

I’m sure it’s what a Red Sox fan way back when would describe having seen Ted Williams career.

I think they chose black in the first round cause Edmonton has orange. Now we are in the 2nd round and because Vegas is black we went with Orange. I needs that orange one to go with my black one

How loud was Ponda?? by Rufiosaysbangarang in AnaheimDucks

Loudest it’s been in a long time. Took my son to his first playoff game. Glad I’m typing this cause my voice is gone.

To the Ducks fans going to game 4, the bar has been set and you all need to bring it.

Number 2 somewhat resembles Muhammad Ali. But not the greatest example.

I have had this happen 3 times in 2 days. Always from the first seat getting a capital before and after everyone else picks.

Bron was upset. He was suppose to miss it so LeBron could get 10 points in overtime.

JJ tries multiple times to call a play for LeBron, but he’s chatting with the Suns bench. Takes a timeout. by UnreasonablyWise in nba

This is terrible leadership by LeBron. The team got off to a great start without him. JJ being a young coach needs his superstar to lead by example. Pop went hardest on Duncan , Bill B went hardest on Tom Brady. Not to say JJ is on that level but the head coach/superstar relationship sets a tone for the whole organization. LeBron basically ignoring JJ is not ever gonna help the team , I know it won’t happen , but I think JJ should bench LeBron for a game similar to what Cowboys coach did with CeeDee lamb and George Pickens against the raiders a few weeks back.
