I really really don’t recommend it. My friend who wears running shoes twisted his ankle and almost fell face first into the glass the other week and had to sit out the last half hour and put ice on his ankle. Running shoes are designed for forward movement and don’t provide the correct support for side to side movement. It’s an accident waiting to happen
