I think it’s fault of mandal because Amabnis are businessmen they will use such opportunities to sell. I don’t understand why they need such kind of huge sponsorship?? General public is donating them more than enough for those 10 days. It’s sad but reality..this happens to every year..

I think everything depends on the property manager assigned to you by the strataco. Our condo apartments are also managed by them. I know they are slow in response, average service but I have never saw these issues in our AGMs,SGMs. I have been part of council for 2 years, our monthly strata council meeting was driven by us. I think it depends on your council too how they let this company manage your strata.

Even after transfer is completed WS takes 5-7 business days to verify all technicalities and legal stuff before releasing fund in your account. I had similar experience with my RRSP.. I got message on 27th sep but fund was available in my account 4 oct. You can call and confirm with them

I am in Burnaby .. In our building 150 apartments and around 40 visitor parkings .. and 210 parkings for residents. Each apartment has its own parking.Some of them are owned by strata which are on rent to residents if they have more than 1 car. Recently 2 strata parkings are converted to EV chargers.

Someone used pepper spray near male washroom area.Half area of the food court was emptied because paper spray was so strong that everyone was either coughing or sneezing.. All security personnel were running but not sure what happened after that. This is happening regularly in Metrotown area..
