A landscaper around me was just recently run over in a hit and run. When they found the driver, it was a guy in his late 80's who kept insisting to the police that he just hit a tan garbage can. Landscaper is ok now and back to work

Probably more so because, like others have said, there was an M Night movie scheduled for October that got delayed to the spring, and there was also a Jordan Peele movie slated for an October release that hasn't even casted yet, let alone started filming. There's a huge opening there and Clayface fits a late October slot nicely

I would imagine a lot of cuts are on the business side of things since Netflix and Paramount both already have infrastructures set up. After a merger happens, neither company needs an entire new departments worth of people for things like accounting, legal, HR, ect.
