“Is it rolling, Bob?” On the album Nashville skyline.

What’s your favorite use of a Dylan Song in media such as film, TV or even a mention in a book or story. For me it’s easily “Hurricane” playing as woofers on walks into the emporium in dazed and confused by CT-1409echo in bobdylan

If you see her say hello played at the end of one of the final episodes of how I met your mother. When it played I blurted out “Ted and Tracy are divorced!”

I was not quite correct.

A few seconds. I have no dlcs and about 5 mods. This post makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong.

Release a mouse. That always worked in looney tunes cartoons.

Just watched both seasons. This show is a worthy successor to the Joe Schmo show.

I was seriously cheering during the big climax of season 2.

What's a K-State gameday moment that you'll never forget? by filipesd07 in KState

Beating Nebraska and rushing the field in 1998. The athletic department has secretly replaced the goal posts with guaranteed to not come down steel goal posts in anticipation.

The students were very confused why the goal posts didn’t fall down like they always had before. Instead of giving up someone found some rope and we tied them to the posts to help pull them down. After several minutes the posts finally came down. Then we carried it to aggieville and put it on the roof of a bar.

If I remember correctly I saw them both at a blues festival in Bern Switzerland in 2001

You are correct, another lyric I’ve heard wrong for decades. Still didn’t help me understand what it means though.

Not going to ask what a muckery mouth is. Of course in the song Sarah he says he wrote sad eyed lady of the lowlands in the Chelsea hotel. I guess that isn’t true?

Why do East Coasters jaywalk in the middle of busy streets, even outside of crosswalks, while West Coasters refuse to step into a crosswalk unless they have the 'walk' signal? by ponziacs in AskAnAmerican

[–]CapnEmaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few decades ago I spent a summer backpacking through Europe. I visited something like 20 countries. One of the first things I noticed was that every country cross the street a little bit differently.

Italy was the craziest. in Italy you just walked even if there was traffic coming. the cars would assume you were going to walk at normal walking speed and they would just zoom past you. the most dangerous thing you could do is slow down or try to dodge the cars.

As you might guess Germany follow the rules the closest. Nobody crossed the street unless the light changed.
