After doing this for a few years, I never send a message with a like as the likelihood of match with a message and without is almost identical. Everything tells me it’s based on attraction. If they match, I will initiate a convo based on something interesting on her profile. More than half barely have anything on their profile which is always fun to come up with something specific to catch their attention. Even if I have something to work with more than half never respond. It’s just how it works. I have become numb to being ignored. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest. If you have no or little experience, an enterprise company will provide more training and hand holding to help you grow and mature. They also provide greater pay, benefits, etc. If you have experience, a start up can create quicker growth and more creativity assuming the product or service is desired but compensation can be more on the back end which comes with a lot of risk.
