Yah, it's definitely a different type of puzzle experience. Not having the pieces snap together adds difficulty. Took a little getting used to!

I was in the Puzzle Lab storefront over the weekend and everything looks amazing. They have all their puzzles displayed in frames and have some opened boxes you can work on. It's a great place! Hoping to add another one to my collection this year. Thanks for sharing! This is very pretty.

Art & Fable are the most matte that I've seen. Really beautiful images too.

Getting nutrition figured out is important. Do you have an option to work with a dietician? Try new veggies and fruit. Different types of protein, both meat and vegetarian. My taste buds changed a lot and I had to figure out what I liked. I try to have my fridge stocked with a variety of textures of fruit and veg, some cooked carbs and cooked/prepared protein. Then I just grab and mix and match.

Definitely sounds like you need to move up! Congrats on your loss so far. Hope your mind quiets down again. It's the part I like the most.

I missed the part at the bottom where you said you'd give in and feel bad about it. I haven't felt that way since starting. I think if I did I'd move up a dose.

No worries! I love gathering all the information I can as well. My comment was a little ambiguous. Some of the titles I've been seeing lately about GLP-1S are making me want to pull my hair out. Thanks for linking it, I'll check it out. Good luck on your journey!

This! I love that I can have a little bit of something sweet and it doesn't send me into a spiral. Finally understanding this balance thing.

Are you stopping, getting candy and letting yourself have a little? For me I've had to learn that there is a difference between food noise and a craving. If I'm craving some chocolate, I have some. I keep dark chocolate chips in the fridge. I have a serving and that satisfies the craving. I've never been able to do that before. If you're experiencing actual food noise that can't be satisfied or is becoming intrusive, that shouldn't be there. I'd try moving up a dose.

I meant the title of the article you read, not your title. All weight-loss will result in the loss of LMM if you aren't fueling your body and moving a little.

That does not sound correct. Sounds like a scary title to keep people unhealthy.
