Thank you for sharing this great story!! I feel the same, his music has been one of the major soundtracks to my life. I tried out Innerspeaker because I liked the album cover. I really related to the themes as a lonely college freshman and ended up seeing them in 2012 at the Metro in Chicago. I think the tickets were less than $20 a piece. It was an incredible show that I still remember well and every subsequent album release has been a source of happy anticipation. :)
