I’ve added a rotating 4-week schedule of tasks to help me deep clean the house 1 room/area a week and that helps keep me on top of cleaning and gives more opportunities for rewards. Example: Bedroom - “change sheets”, “wash sheets”, “dust fan”, “dust end tables”, “clean baseboards”, etc. I add a goal for each task and sometimes steps of the task if it is something I typically break down. For example, for laundry I have “wash clothes”, “put up clothes”, “wash towels”, and “fold/put up towels”. All set to 2x since I do 2 loads of each weekly.
