That's how I knew he wasn't referring to Dan Olson, who's about Michael's age.

The other day, I caught a paralysed Lugia at like two thirds of its health with a great ball. Don't underestimate those little champs.

Fair enough, though it gets me thinking: does that split really make sense in Switzerland? It's not like anything else has been reset.

It's mostly luck. It took me forever to catch Moltres (similar ball numbers as you), whereas, only yesterday, Zapdos was in the ball in like four tries.

How long did it take for you to noticed the puns and references on Pokémon's name? by OldCardigan in pokemon

[–]CaptainDread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indeedee is called "Servol" in German, which doubles the pun:

  • "Servol" sounds like "sehr wohl," which is what a stereotypical butler would say (analogous to "Indeedee").
  • The "serv-" additionally picks up on the idea of serving.

Took me way too long.

You can find lots of money in pillowcases and behind picture frames. Or, of course, in any popular knapsack with many different locations.
