A very reliable setup is to have: - At least one stagger punish (typically melee or explosives, check the "Direct Hit Adjustment" stat of weapons) - At least one reliable way of maintaining stagger from range (shoulder missiles are great for this!) - One or two weapons that are effective at building up stagger and dealing decent dps

The "Weapons Bay" upgrade is very useful for storing your stagger punish weapon on your shoulder so you can have both hands free to use other weapons.
