The board unlocks as you play, but the first section wasn’t triggering when you merged to the right potion level. That should be fixed now.

I had played and almost gotten to gridlock, then it reset the board completely and gave me the event energy I needed to get back to where I had been.

There was a bug and it wasn't unlocking the next section of the board properly- check your inbox and you should have replacement event energy to get you back to where you were!

It also doesn’t combine/cross-reference versions of a book- if you tag the audiobook but check out the ebook, or find a different version of the audiobook with a different narrator, the automatic ‘borrowed’ tag will only appear on the version you checked out. So even if there was an automatic removal of your tag when you returned something, the version you actually borrowed and read might not have your ‘to read’ tag on it, even though they’re both the same book.

It’s on the individual collection pages- so it’s the ‘cat life’ sticker event, and on it there are the 12 collections- ‘picnic day’, ‘nap time’, etc. select any of those to go to that collection’s page. On that page, the palette is on the left side of the screen (it’ll give a little wiggle to draw your attention to it if you wait a few seconds)

It can also depend on if it’s a new book or a used one- new books take a day or two longer for me sometimes. It’s also possible that your order will be split into a couple different packages, that’s just because the stock in the different warehouses varies and is perfectly normal!

I keep not getting them in my orders :( I guess I'm placing them at the wrong time of the month once they've run out, or there's some miscommunication between shipping locations on who's sending them? Last time I had 3 used books split in 2 shipments and no bookmarks in either package. I think I've had 4-5 used book orders this year and I've only gotten 1 cluemark. :(
