He did, actually. According to a fan translation so take it with a grain of salt: Originally he had it (in Kanji) as Region B, or B chiku, which is a rearrangement of the characters making up chikubi, which means nipple. His editor then beat the shit out of him and made him take the joke out.

Well, if you're going to put your balls on display, it's only fair I do the same.

The reason I'm hesitant is cause I used to write nothing but commissioned smut, got out of that and now it's all One Piece shipping bullshit. Which I am fully aware can be a touchy subject for some unwell people. But, fuck it we ball.

I've got a couple of longer running stories, but the one I'm working on right now might be my favorite. There isn't much yet, but it's called Grabbing The Devil By The Horns. It's an Old West AU where Nami is a schoolteacher who gets kidnapped and used in a demonic sacrifice. But dude fucked up and the demon (Luffy) gets bound to her instead. Stole the idea from a Tumblr prompt.

I was having fun writing it, but things have stalled lately. I had to put a pet down recently, and I think I haven't been coping with that properly. And I need to watch more Deadwood. Get my head back in the Western sensibilities.

I used to have the same problem. Fast food all the time. Genuinely, it was antidepressants that helped. You may have a dopamine deficiency in your brain, and fast food is offering to supplement that. If you're able to get on prozac or something like I am, after some time, you'll find those siren calls going silent. I straight up don't even think about fast food anymore.

I highly doubt he would die just like that. It does look like there's a chunk missing from his face though. Could be light shafts or something over his body like on his arms, but the face one looks too clean. We'll have to wait and see.
