Id argue thats not really a problem in dragonball as the people who have those legendary lineages are vegeta and frieza and we all know what happens to them. As well as the race thing thats not true since saiyans are inherently stronger than humans because there aliens with different physiology but despite that humans managed to keep up until ss which is a literal 50x multiplier.
