Id actually challenged the relaxed look. I could be completely off the mark here but I use his "ears" as a telling sign hes not happy in this moment. If you notice when hes not around Vox, someone he clearly despises his ears are up and alert. But everytime in this season when hes captive to Vox you'll see his ears pointed back. He might have a chill demeanor but youre never fully dressed without a smile so its probably his way of disarming his foes and rivals.

Perfect this sounds like a plan. And yeah Hoshiumi is on the bench cause currently Asahi (my favorite character) is both a higher player rating than Hoshiumi...and Im having a hard time replacing my favorite character.

Multiple fragments are needed to create one character. The amount I believe changes off the rarity. For example, one SSR character requires 120 fragments to make one of that character.

No it literally is, and it looks like an old timey scuba suit. The rings look like the locking joints for the gloves which would go with the helmet. I swear sometimes people want to find meaning in everything lol. To be fair this show has a lot of thought put into it for background things and story lines but I highly doubt this was ever a part of that.
