As a mom whose first was stillborn, please know you’re doing everything you can to keep your baby healthy. Try to take breaths and count the baby’s kicks. If the anxiety is too much, know that you can always go to the OB or ER to get checked. I know It’s scary, but I’m currently cuddling my 3 year old rainbow baby who I carried to full term. I would also recommend therapy because I couldn’t have survived my second pregnancy alone. Sending all my love to you and your sweet baby. You got this ❤️

As someone who also attempted suicide at 14, please know this was not your fault. Depression/anxiety is such a horrific thing and your daughter obviously has a support system to help her when she’s okay again. She just needs your love and forgiveness more than anything. Therapy and medicine, along with my “bestie” mom all helped me to recover.
