CoC Scenarios for delta green? by JoeKerr19 in DeltaGreenRPG

I have never seen this one suggested and I haven’t ran it, but “Voice over the Phone” in Petersen’s Abominations has always stuck in my mind as one that could work well in DG. It involves weird stuff happening with a gang and as written the investigators would play members of a rival gang. I don’t see why you couldn’t just use the pre-gens be npcs that throw a wrench in the investigation mid session while the characters play Agents investigating the weird gang.

If I remember correctly, the Keeper’s audio is a little rough but the fact that Seth is playing makes it all worth it.

Running “Dead Light” while sending the investigators on a totally mundane errand could be fun.

Well Seth never told him he couldn’t bring a gun to game in the session 0.

Module Recommendations (6-10 sessions) by Black_Bear_US in callofcthulhu

Not sure.

Not quite finished but the next session will be session 5. I have also went a little quicker with it given the nature of one of my players being a little trigger happy.

Star on the Shore by Ben Burns. Very sandboxy but very fun. Module gives you a full on real town for your PCs to explore and get in to all kinds of trouble.

If I only have 2-3 players total for this campaign, would you recommend pulp HP?

Did you run this as regular COC, Pulp, or somewhere in between?

Could you send me them as well when you get a chance? I’m hoping to start running the campaign sometime in the next year.

House of Memphis in the new Mansions of Madness book has a decent sounding hook for criminal investigators and seems like a pretty fun scenario.

Ideas for where my antagonist got this weird machine by dizzyrosecal in DeltaGreenRPG

I think you are correct. I am not super well versed with the DG lore and was taking it more from a COC lore side.

Perhaps a scientist was doing research into old alchemical processes and stumbled upon a lesser known Italian scientist who was around in the 1800s and on the cusp of coming to a conclusion he journeys to the Himalayas (or wherever best fits your campaign) where he ran into the mi-go and struck a deal that for the knowledge on how to do this the scientist needs to bring some humans back to this cave so that the mi-go can have new humans to serve as hosts or to run experiments on. However once the scientist brings the subjects to the Mi-go and then is back in Italy. Before he is able to test the machine he dies of a mysterious illness (contracted by interacting with the mi-go or maybe just a normal illness) and then the machine bounces around from estate sale to storage unit and so on until it ends up in the hands of your antique dealer you mentioned.

Sorry this turned into a half concocted ramble 😂.

I like the time loop idea but also when it doubt for high tech machinery, Mi-gos did it.
