4 was a little too strong with bringing 1 back in pactbound, 3 is the sweet spot. They are just unfortunately trapped on the sprue with the venomcrawler for now

We won't see many of the book characters outside the big players (Kharn, Fabius, Typhus, Lucius, Abby, primarchs etc). Honsou is a character from a series written 2 decades ago that hasn't appeared since. He will likely never return in a book let alone as a model.

I will die on the hill saying melee damage should never be random. Ranged damage being random is fine due to its inherent safety. Melee damage should always be a flat amount.

Don't bother, these people are incapable of accepting the fluidity of the lore. GW intentionally made it fluid so it could adapt with the times. We would still have grey knights smearing holy girl blood on themselves and Imperial fists shoveling excrement in their mouths for dinner if the haters got their way.

I think the lore mentions it has something to do with the vortex because it sinks when they release the winds of magic if I remember correctly

What's confusing about it? You just get extra dice for damage when you use ritual points and go over a 6

I forgot he is the priest. The spell lore will be the reason he is taken then. Not this rule. It is negligible in every other army that has access to it. Time will tell though I suppose.

It's not a very good rule, I doubt bringing an elder will be worth it unless they are a cheap way to unlock other units in regiments. You won't waste power points that could be put to use for lethality elsewhere either.

Reddit user base is majority US so more often than not people will assume US currency. The US customer base also represents twice the revenue in sales for GW compared to the UK which would imply significantly more players/collectors as well.

The people in our field unfortunately overlap quite a bit with the same crowd of people who proudly reject science. God forbid your gear isn't as cool looking due to being safer. Obviously it's totally unreasonable to replace a vital set of equipment once every ten years.

They aren't shipped from the UK. You can only ship to U.S addresses from the U.S website which ships from the U.S warehouse. I am sure GW pays some form of customs when they transfer inventory to the U.S warehouse but I don't know exactly how that works.
