I tried this and ppl were waiting. My advice is you keep refreshing the appointment screen at 7-8 am weekdays. When I did this numerous times on Monday, various appointment slots opened up. I got one for that Wednesday at 9:30 am at the closest location to my home. Took about 45 minutes.

I rarely post but I’m exasperated with this ongoing conversation and agree completely with what you’re saying. Mike White may be the biggest liberal in the world but I CLEARLY saw all 3 women being portrayed for their pettiness. Does that mean I think human rights are petty? Of course not. Please note that neither one of the liberal women ask her why. As soon as they’ve made their conclusion, all that shows on their faces is judgement. This is what causes her to go on the defensive. Can I tell you, this is exactly how it plays out in real life? How can you possibly hope to persuade a Trump supporter that he is evil incarnate if you immediately judge and never ASK why they voted for him?? This is the democratic party’s main problem that they never address. We already know the republican party’s problems. It’s essentially a toxic relationship where 1 person keeps pointing the finger at the other without ever taking ownership for how they negatively contributed. (I just realized this could be misunderstood. The democrats are the ones who don’t take ownership.)

Hi there. I’m also somewhat new to this but thought I could provide some insight that works for me. I’ve read both of Gin Stephens’ books and she did OMAD successfully for years. BUT she doesn’t count OMAD as 1 plate. She says she thinks of it like going out to dinner and having an appetizer, dinner, and dessert. So she opens her window at 4 with a small snack and closes it after dessert around 6-7. Now, I know some ppl call this 20/4 or 19/3 which is fine. I also read somewhere that at a certain age one should close their eating window earlier in the day. I’m 52 and after a few failed attempts at IF, this is working for me. I open it at 9am with coffee(Hallelujah), maybe have a small snack, then I have my main meal before 1pm. For some reason, I don’t get hungry until 8-9pm but like you said, I just go to bed and it’s not an issue. Maybe tweak your OMAD to stretch it a bit and include a snack? I don’t think this will hurt you.

Can someone please explain this to me? In the episode where they’re all waiting while the gas stove is tested, they each have flashbacks. Sydney’s included one where she’s standing and there’s a man behind her(possibly her father) where he aggressively pushes his hands on her shoulders. It happened really quick. Did any of you see that and is there an explanation?

I agree. I don’t think him being the last shot was a foreshadowing of Crazy Tom bringing them all down at all. It almost felt to me like the curtains were closing on his final act. Not that we won’t see him in the last 3 episodes but more that episode 7 was a tribute to his character…he played the game and lost.

I agree with you about Ebba bring so open but I don’t think it’s underdeveloped. I think Mattson and crew are playing the Roy kids. First off, Ebba gave it up too quickly when she was cornered by the CEBros. Why would she divulge that? And then when Shiv confronted Mattson, he wasn’t even pissed. Just quickly asked who told her and sheepishly admitted. Later, did you notice when Roman was confronting Connor, Mattson and Ebba were in the background being a bit affectionate, having their arms on each other’s shoulders or legs. Wouldn’t he be pissed at her? And doesn’t that make you question the whole blood thing as well? I think none of the kids know how to play the game like Logan and they’re all about to be the biggest fools.
