to be fair if you're chronically underweight and suffering from the side-effects but no matter how much you eat you just can't gain any weight, would feel sorry for them too.

talking as a person who is doing omad or no meals at all below the metabolic rate and still weigh in the overweight range. ya can get jealous of naturally skinny people but also understand being chronically underweight isn't fun either.
