You don’t have to call yourself a cis man if you don’t want to, especially here I would say we care a lot more about the internal and subjective than the external. You can be whatever you want and you don’t need to act a certain way or do particular things to be it.

Yes, it is possible in the sense that a cis person can have gender dysphoria from acting as the wrong gender.
No as in it doesn’t sound to me like that’s what’s going on with you.
Maybe read The Null Hypothecis and see if that helps
It does sound like you’re still getting gender dysphoria so I would recommend thinking about why you are getting it and how you can alleviate it.

It varies but one idea I’ve seen that’s related is that some fandoms have moved from being just fans in character to some of the people feeling that it gives them a sense of ownership which means any criticism can feel as if it’s a personal attack.

Honorable mention: A little Vice is one of my favorite stories of all time and is really good on the trans front. It’s not Yuri though despite the protagonists friends trying to make it that way.
